- Direct entry into the living room with dining area (table and chairs) and sofa, opening onto a South facing balcony and overlooking the Men Du beach
- Open and equipped kitchen (3-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine KRUPS)
- Lounge area with TV and double sofa bed (140, duvet) : it can be separate from the living room with two sliding doors, in order to turn it into a closed bedroom
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140, duvet)
- Bathroom with WC
