Less than 10 minutes from Kervillen beach, this comfortable house has on the ground floor a beautiful communal room (living room, dining room) with a view of the garden, an independent kitchen, a master suite with a private shower room and toilet, and separate toilets.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes three modular bedrooms each with 2 90cm twin beds, a room with a queen-size bed, 2 bathrooms and separate toilets.



This house combines comfort, relaxation and leisure. A charming place located about 15 minutes\' walk from the town centre of La Trinité-sur-Mer and its marina. It is also a strategic location to discover the Baie de Quiberon, the Ria d\'Étel, and the Golfe du Morbihan.
