Beautiful family house, ideally located, in a quiet area, 1.3 km from the beach of Men-Du, accessible by path and halfway between Carnac and La Trinité sur Mer, whose services and shops are 2 km away.
Bright house, in a former salt loft. Charming stone construction on a plot of 720 m². Pleasant and welcoming living room, 4 bedrooms with comfortable dimensions, 2 shower rooms.
Ground floor:
- Entrance to fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, food processor, refrigerator-freezer), table with benches.
- Living room with television, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa bed, coffee table, armchair, pouffe, chest of drawers - dining area with table for 10 people, 2 benches and 2 chairs.
- Bedroom with bed 180 (2 twin beds 90 x 200), large closet, 2 armchairs, desk.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, double sink, washing machine.
- Independent WC.
Upstairs:
- Landing with extra bed.
- Bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 and a bed 140 x 200, chest of drawers, armchair.

"Nous avons bien apprécié nos 15 jours de vacances estivales dans cette belle maison en pierre de pays rénovée, idéalement située entre la Trinité et Carnac. Elle est joliment décorée, les salles de bains récentes, la cuisine très bien équipée. Le jardin et la terrasse bordée de lavandes et d’un magnifique massif de fleurs appellent au repos. Nous avions loué 8 vélos pour le séjour. Peut-être pourrait -il y avoir un espace dédié pour stocker les vélos, au moins un rack pour les attacher sur le côté de la maison.
