It comprises a living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with a double mezzanine bed (140x190) and a double sofa-bed adjoining bedroom 2

- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, unenclosed 200 m² garden and its west-facing 11 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- Boat trips: explore the Golfe du Morbihan or the Baie de Quiberon, and there are many sea excursions to discover the surrounding islands.
