Bright, well-equipped studio with sea view, ideally located just steps from the center, on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence. Direct access to the beach. Private parking space and secure bike storage.

Enjoy a living area with a lounge corner (sofa bed and TV), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area opening onto a large sea-view balcony with outdoor furniture. There’s also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
Guest access
The studio is entirely at your disposal. Private parking is located behind the residence, and there’s a secure bike room.
Other notes
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee. Duvet and pillows are available.
A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the apartment is spotless before each guest’s arrival. This fee is not included in the booking and must be paid directly to the cleaning service upon arrival. Please make sure not to leave the apartment in disarray before departure (kitchen/dishes tidy, bed unmade, trash taken out, etc.).
