Historic Southern Utah Cottage- 20 miles to Zion National Park

This historical property has been updated from the inside out. Built in 1904 by the Wilson family, one of the very first families to settle LaVerkin. It is one of the oldest Pioneer homes in all of Southern Utah.

This one bedroom, one bath structure is a combination of adobe brick and stick frame construction. The outside of the building has been left primarily untouched to maintain its historical integrity but has been updated inside to accommodate the modern traveler.

*Please note our weather is similar Las Vegas Nevada, not Northern Utah. We have such amazing weather to come and experience the great Zion National Park!! (July and August ARE hot- But Zion has water hikes!)
*We are open year round!

Perfect -- good location, clean, easy, super cute. I'd recommend this if you are looking for a place about 25 minutes from Zion National Park (Springdale is closer, but very touristy and expensive), about 2 hours from Bryce. Very convenient to grocery stores. Try Lupita's for super yummy Mexican food in Hurricane (5 minutes away).

What a wonderful place to stay! This was our home base for Zion and Bryce Canyon, and it was perfect. Quaint, charming, comfortable. The property is well taken care of. We had a wonderful time at the Heritage Cottage. Very peaceful and quiet location. Close enough to all the great parks in the area! Loved the history book about the cottage and surrounding area. Liz, Lyman and Eldon were accessible and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here for your Zion experience. Will definitely return should our travels find us back in Utah!
