Located in a quiet residential complex, with green areas, the house has all the ingredients for a unique holiday on the island.

It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people, with a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room. The large terrace of the house with armchairs facing the sea, the garden and the Teide, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the area. In addition, the flat has 300mb fibre Wifi Internet access, designed for teleworking, television with international channels and all the necessary comforts.

It is located in a beautiful residential complex, with communal swimming pool heated during the winter months and green areas. With a magnificent connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.
