Built in 2025, quality construction and close attention to detail is obvious throughout. The cottage sits back off the road on a gently sloped hill. This offers spectacular views of the surrounding rolling hills. A 26’ long porch graces the front of The Cottage. Inside, you will immediately be struck by the great room with its 19’ ceilings. A fully stocked kitchen with large refrigerator, gas stove and microwave allow for wonderful meals. There is a 60” smart TV in the living room. Relax in the 2 loveseat couches with recliners. One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and smart TV. Full luxury bathroom with radiant floor heating and walk-in shower. Ascend the spiral staircase to a generous loft bedroom with a king size bed and built in dresser. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this beautiful cottage provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is a stocked fishing stream and marked snowmobile trail just 1/2 mile north on Dodge Rd.
