The staff at the front desk was super friendly. The pictures are misleading. The room floor was sticky. The pool was green and had a bunch of hair in it. The temperature outside the pool was so hot but then the pool was ICE cold. It was weird seeing a sign in the room stating no smoking ( cigarettes, vape, weed ) but the entire hallway smelt like marijuana.

I have used the Baymount for several of my stays and each time seems to get worse this stay I was right beside the stairs and fitness center all night noise from the fitness center and people up and down the stairs just horrible. The suite room 201 deadbolt lock still broken definitely a safety hazard

The room was dirty I didn't realize it until after I done to take a bath and got dressed and the whole bedspread had something smeared on it. Then receptionist said I've been there for 2 hours before and I just didn't I said and would not refund my money Or move me to another room
