I had requested a bottom floor and was given 4th floor, it wouldn't have been a problem except that the elevator was very slow. Woken up to carpentry being done across from the hall from us, was then given a 1st floor room whose water wouldn't get good and hot in the shower. Towels and bathroom were very dingy with noticeable stains in shower. Hot water took over 20 min to warm enough for a shower. There were minimal fresh liens and no hand soap in the bathroom. Very thin walls, you could hear EVERYTHING happening both outside and in the hallways. Would not recommend and will not stay again

We were treated as family by the staff. Every single one we passed spoke to us and asked if they could do anything for us. We have never encountered that before! And Nicky, who is the general manager checked us in, she was very friendly. She did not look her age at all, and when I commented on it, she told what face lotion she used and where to find it. Well, the next day at breakfast, which was hot and delicious, she comes to me in the breakfast nook, and hands me a jar of the face cream, and says she hopes it works for me as does does her. How thoughtful! And as we were getting ready to leave home, we needed ice. We had a tiny plastic bag, and when Monica, a staff member, saw us trying to get ice, she not only gave us a bigger bag, but got the ice for us, which was a blessing. I never been to such a hotel where they truly care about their guests.

This hotel stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only small problem there was is not enough dining space in the breakfast area, which made it a tad crowded. We will definitely be staying here again!!
