Nice hotel, good location

Pros: The location was good, the room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and breakfast was good.
Cons: They need to have cribs and high chairs available for families with babies and young children.
Location: The location was good. Walmart was close by as well as other shops with a 10 minute drive. New Orleans was a 20 minute drive away.
Had a lovely stay. Hotel was clean, there was a fridge in the room, breakfast was good and only a 20 minute drive into New Orleans. The only negative we had was we have a 10 month old baby and there was no crib available as they do not stock them or high chair at breakfast.

Outside appearance run down. Inside of the room clean and neat. Service personnel not the most engaged. Breakfast offer was fine, everything was clean. Unfortunately, as it appears with most best western free breakfast, too much plastic cutlery, cups and dishes.

Einfaches Hotel in 30 min Entfernung zu Nola

Klassisches Handwerkerhotel direkt an der I-10 ca. 30 min von Downtown Nola entfernt. Alles gut und man kann das Hotel durchaus empfehlen. Bleibt zu bemerken, dass die Buchung zwischen ébookers und Best-Western nicht richtig geklappt hat und wir ein Single Kingsize bekommen haben, aber bei ébookers ein Double Queensize gebucht und bestätigt bekommen hatten. Im Hotel hat man jegliche Verantwortung auf ébookers geschoben und war nicht bereit irgendwas daran zu ändern. Für mich war es das mit ébookers.
