Cottage located on the heights of Cahors, in the village of Labastide Marnhac. House with the typical architecture of Quercy Blanc, which has kept the charm of the past but keeping today's comfort. You will enjoy the authenticity of a large stone house, with large bedrooms, an independent living room and 2 bathrooms. You will enjoy the peaceful terrace and flower garden, to relax and take your meals. Ideal cottage for a very relaxing stay, with many possibilities for walks or by bike/mountain bike from the house, without forgetting the tourist discovery and gastronomy of the Quercy region. In Labastide Marnhac, you will find a pétanque court (local bowls game), a playground for children, a restaurant, a grocery store, a hairdresser, a medical center ! Nestled near its big sister Cahors, it opens onto the gates of Quercy Blanc... The house counts on the ground floor, a large integrated kitchen with a living room, and a shower room with WC. The staircase will drive you upstairs, via the typical stone sink, where you find a large living room with TV and sofas and 2 large bedrooms, including one with its private bathroom and WC (2 x 140-cm beds and 1 x 110-cm bed). The kitchen area opens onto an 18 m2 terrace located to the south with garden furniture, then onto a its pretty little garden of aromatic plants which wiil be at your disposal and where you can chill. Baby accessories (bed, high chair and bath) will be provided on request.
