Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr nette Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Zum nächsten Ort und zu einigen Stränden ist es nicht weit. Es gab auch nette Begrüßungsgeschenke und Selbstgebranntes und Lavendelsäckchen zum Abschied. Klare Empfehlung!

Eine ruhige Oase

Gepflegtes Haus mit einem schönen Garten und Pool in ruhiger Stadtrandlage zur Altstadt von Labin und nur 15 Fahrminuten zu einem schönen sauberen Strand in Rabac. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, private Atmosphäre. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir wollen wieder kommen.

Vermieter als direkten Nachbarn

Der Vermieter der Unterkunft wohnt nicht nur mit auf dem Grundstück, sondern direkt nebenan. Da beide Terrassen direkt nebeneinander sind , wurde es zwischenzeitlich etwas lauter , da ständig Besuch von Ihm da war.

Schönes sauberes Haus, gute Küchenausstattung, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, toller Pool, fantastische Aussicht, abgeschieden und doch nah an der Altstadt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns mit Wein,Kekse, Pfannkuchen und Likör verwöhnt haben. Überdachter Parkplatz für 1 Auto. Wir hatten eine Wespenplage Mitte August. Aber mit angezündetem Kaffeepulver einigermaßen im Griff.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage

Haus Andrea ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Der Garten ist gepflegt und der Pool war super. Es gab genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten ob drinnen oder draußen. Auch gab es genügend Besteck, Teller, Gläser etc. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben uns tipps für Restaurants und schöne Badestellen gegeben. Zur Altstadt Labin ist man zu Fuß in 10-15 Min da. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen wieder.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und vorallem super sauberes Haus. Der Pool ist wunderschön und zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück, allerdings überhaupt nicht störend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Verwöhntenuns mit Wein und süßen Leckereien. Alle positiven Bewertungen für dieses Haus stimmen zu 100% und das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter!!! Reisetipps: Auch die genannten Reisetippswaren sehr hilfreich. Restaurant Tina ist sehr zu empfehlen. Überaus freundlich und sehr gut, da haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Auch die Pizzeria Fianona danaben war sehr gut. Da wir in der Vorsaison unterwegs waren war es sehr ruhig, aber das haben wir genossen. Dadurch Strände in Rabac ruhig und wunderschön. Die Stadt Rovinj wunderschön, sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. In Pula hat es uns nicht gefallen. Labin ist ein nettes Städtchen mit einer schönen Altstadt.
