Villa Animo is an oasis of relaxation, peace and a perfect vacation with family or friends. Spend an unforgettable vacation in a traditional environment away from the everyday hustle and bustle and treat yourself to a peaceful vacation for the whole family. This beautiful villa near Labin is located in a wonderful, green, Istrian landscape. Fully fenced villa with 3 parking spaces.
The starting point of a relaxing vacation is a beautiful pool of 36 m2, located behind the villa.
This one-story house has an open space with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and dining room for 8 people, as well as a living room with a TV. In addition to the indoor dining room, the villa also has an outdoor dining room with a charcoal grill and a covered terrace for afternoon relaxation by the pool. The villa has 2 master bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. Separate bathroom with bathtub for long relaxing baths. In the second part of the house there is a room with double bed and one room with two beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. Enjoy this beautiful villa and take the opportunity to truly relax, as this is the ideal place for it.
What will surely amaze your little ones is the children's playground with swings, goals for small football or nets for badminton and volleyball on the beautiful lawn.

TOP Destination

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub so richtig genießen! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern, großzügig (für 8 Personen wirklich ausreichend Platz) und entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die sehr nette und freundlichen Vermieter legen sehr viel Wert auf viele geschmackvolle Details bei der Einrichtung. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel gab es auch nach 1 Woche. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool ist wirklich zum Genießen und man kann hier wunderbar relaxen. Das ganze Haus verfügt über sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Zum nächsten Bäcker kommt man schnell in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die nächste Stadt (Labin) erreicht man per PKW ebenfalls in 10 Minuten. Auch die schönen Strände der Kvarner Bucht sind nur 10 - 25 Minuten entfernt. Absolute Empfehlung!!!!
