The holiday villa is located in the centre of Rabac, the pearl of Istria's east coast. It offers a breathtaking view of the entire bay and the Kvarner islands. Despite its central location, the house is situated in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.

From the ground floor there is access to the large terrace. The outdoor area has much to offer: a gazebo, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. It is equipped with a grill, wood or charcoal, a small refrigerator and a sink. There is also an additional outdoor bathroom. The area around the pool is equipped with a solar-powered outdoor shower, parasols and sun loungers. Next to it is a large gazebo with a table and benches, from which you can admire the entire surrounding area, the sea and the town of Labin, and where you can relax at any time of day.

The house is divided into a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, including gas and electric cooker, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle and American coffee maker, as well as dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer and a large dining table for eight people. Directly connected is the living room with sofa, radio and satellite TV. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with double beds. Two of the rooms have a balcony. There is also a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and hoover. The entire house is air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for leisure activities. For example, there are E.g. numerous hiking trails or water sports activities. In the house you will find maps, up-to-date information material and brochures with tips on how to spend your holiday. In addition, the owners will naturally be happy to answer any questions you may have. Nearby, within a radius of about 1,000 metres, you will find tennis courts and a paintball facility, as well as walking and cycling paths. The harbour can be reached in about two minutes on foot, while the nearest beach is a ten-minute walk away. Whether you prefer a quiet and relaxing holiday or a more active option, this holiday villa is the perfect place to experience the combination of sun, sea and beautiful surroundings.
