A gorgeous green and sunny garden, secluded and completely private, reveals the luxurious, wonderful stone villa with a private pool. The well kept lawn, amazingly decorated and safe for children is hidden from all views. The large swimming pool is surrounded with high quality sunbeds and sunscreens. Above the pool, a lounge terrace with a fireplace, provides an entrance to the sauna.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms separated into the left and right part of the stone house, each with a living room and a kitchen. The interior of the house is air conditioned, and free WLAN is available.

The nearest beach is only minutes away - you can choose from long pebble beaches in Rabac to secluded beaches in Ravni or Koromačno, all within a short drive from the house. The nearest supermarket is only 2 km away, and numerous excellent restaurants are all around.
