Floating 44s are the newest and most nautical versions of the Floating Houses and have been inviting guests to enjoy relaxing holidays in Laboe since May 2013. These permanently moored houseboats are the ideal accommodation for those who love the unique atmosphere on the water… yet still want to remain on dry land.
The Floating 44s are boats with a fixed mooring and combine the special holiday feeling of being on a boat with aspects of a holiday home. In a Floating 44, you can spend your holiday right on the water.
They feature a spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette and direct access to the 15 sq m (500 sq ft) terrace at the bow, as well as two bedrooms.
