Environment great condo could have been better.

We have stayed at Suites sur lac many times with mostly positive reviews and experiences. The unit we had this time was somewhat less enjoyable than other years. i.e. kitchen supplies were minimal, shower only had a rain shower no hand held shower unit, the hand held shower in the bath tub should be replaced as the water flow stopped when turned a certain way, stains on one of the chairs, only two cushions for the chairs none for the couch. No alarm clock in bedroom. Purchase of more canoes would be great as we had to wait over an hour to secure the use of one. Access to the lake has been restricted more year over year granted for owners only. In spite of the above, the environment is superb, the scenery is beautiful. The new Adirondack chairs were enjoyable to view the scenery on the patio.

My family stayed here for 5 nights in the summer and enjoyed a gorgeous view of the nearby lake from our balcony. Our 2 bedroom suite was well equipped, clean and super comfortable. The couch was a bit small but otherwise it had everything we need. Lots of activities on site for the whole family, outdoor pool, tennis court, beach volleyball and plenty of kayaks and paddleboards available. About 20 mins drive from Mont Tremblant village. There's a small store in the premises which was convenient.

Family vacation

We enjoyed the comfort and the beautiful nature and lake views from the condo. It was clean and well equipped for longer stays and cooking your own meals. Spacious balcony with electric BBQ was nice to enjoy! Condo had 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Our condo was on top floor as per our request. The only downsides were a few interruptions by the maintenance staff to change pipes in the washing machine, change the matrasses, spray the balcony against bugs, etc. The entry code stopped working on our second last day and the maintenance staff entered our condo without knocking due to the company error.

This place was amazing! Beautiful view, very clean, easily accessible. Overall great experience. I just found there was that much to do. I was there for 4 days and we ran out of things to do. But overall we had a great time, it was very relaxing

Wonderful amenities and location. On property staff was great. Super comfy beds, clean sheets, great amenities in kitchen There were a few things that could be better, Mold in bathroom , sillicone, door, cleaning supplied and vaccine in bedroom closet. Washing Machine tray was not secured when we arrived. Our entrance code to the appartment did not work when we arrived but we got a new access code by calling

Have been there more than 5 times. Still love the place. The only thing is about the communication, there is no office anymore, you can not find any staff to ask questions. The room was ready, but we could not check in early nor have the resort pass to use until 3 pm, even though we paid the resort passes for 2 FULL days!!!

Excellent and comfortable rooms. Very nice lake views. very clean. Air condition worked really well. King size bed very comfortable , enough pillows and extra sheets A+ However double bed and bunk bed not as comfortable at all . very nice Dépanneur on site . Kayak and paddle boats are amazing very nice staff . Great stay ! Will definitely go back .
