The villa has a large living room with (very) high ceilings and : Living room with 2 sofas, small TV and DVD player, dining table, fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) opening onto the large covered terrace and private 10x5m swimming pool.
Wifi (fibre) in the house.

On either side of this central room, you will find two "night" wings.
Wing 1 :
- BEDROOM 1: 2 beds 90x200 with en-suite shower room and WC.
- BEDROOM 2: "parental" area comprising a bedroom with a 160x200 bed + bathroom + separate WC + dressing room. Access and view of the garden/pool.

Bruyant! La configuration des maisons en cercle fait que l on entend beaucoup les voisins, 15 mn en vélo de la plage, la maison vétuste a besoin de travaux (sdb frigo) ni draps ni serviettes, la piscine n est pas chauffée et la literie pas top!
