Propriété bien située et originale dans sa configuration (en cours de rénovation)

Globalement satisfait car conforme au descriptif à l'exception du fait que : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour les étages et les appartements sont des duplex (chambre et SdeB sur un 1er niveau et le reste sur un 2éme niveau), donc pas bien accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Sinon résidence en cours de rénovation extérieure et appartement choisi ayant été aussi rénové récemment; Seul bémol, ménage succinct et donc propreté relative de l'ensemble. Enfin, très bien situé car très proche de tous les commerces (pas besoin de véhicule), tout en étant au calme, avec un parking privé et fermé à l'arrière et un grand espace piéton en front de mer.
