The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, electric hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven as well as storage with crockery and kitchen utensils. An independent bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe, offering a pleasant sleeping area. A sleeping area at the entrance, with two bunk beds, allows children or friends to be accommodated with simplicity.



The bathroom includes a shower and a washbasin, while the toilet is separate.
