Good place for a stop over

Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise given.

HĂ©bergement sale Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (toiles d’araignĂ©e, araignĂ©es, lavabo bouchĂ© sol dĂ©goĂ»tant, linge de lit qui sent mauvais ainsi que le linge de toilette, matelas plus que sale !! ) les extĂ©rieurs sont mal entretenu tout comme la « plage » du lac qui pourrait ĂȘtre beaucoup plus agrĂ©able. Quand aux salles de restauration c’est honteux tables collantes pas lavĂ©es aprĂšs chaque passage, des restes de la veille par terre 
 malgrĂ© avoir prĂ©venu l’accueil Ă  part sourire et dire d’accord pas de soucis voilĂ  les rĂ©ponses. Déçue d’avoir payĂ© ce prix pour un tel sĂ©jour. En bref nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce village vacances.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able seulement chambre truffĂ©e de mal façon avec des tĂȘtes de lit attachĂ© au mur trop basses qui empĂȘche l’accĂšs aux prises. Il y avait sur cette mĂȘme tĂȘte de lit des toiles d’araignĂ©e et plusieurs. Une porte de douche qui se coince. Le mur Ă©tait rempli de poussiĂšre que l’on voyait trĂšs bien avec la lumiĂšre rasante. L’appartement gĂźte Ă©tait par contre super au niveau localitĂ© car au milieu de la forĂȘt nous avons mĂȘme croisĂ© des Ă©cureuils Ă  plusieurs reprises. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chaleureux merci au personnel. Ce lieu a un grand potentiel mais ai trĂšs mal amĂ©nagĂ©, proposition de Wakeboard qui n’est en faite qu’un tracĂ© droit sur 100 mĂštres. Kayak proposĂ© mais pas d’autre activitĂ©s sur le lac comme pĂ©dalo ou pĂȘche. Tout petit espace animation et piscine assez petite pour la capacitĂ© du village. Gros gros point positif sur la taille du parking et sur la plage qui donne une vue imprenable sur le lac dommage qu’il n’y ai que 10 transats pour tous les village.

 Frukosten över förvĂ€ntan! TyvĂ€rr var receptions chefen bĂ„de otrevlig och ovillig att hjĂ€lpa till, övrig personal pĂ„ alla avdelningar var dock strĂ„lande! SprĂ„kförbistringar vĂ„llade en del missförstĂ„nd men de klarades ut. Ingen katastrof men kommer undvika att bo hĂ€r igen om jag har chansen
