Vue exceptionnelle sur l Océan. Appartement traversant spacieux pour un T2 et bien agencé , mais qui mériterait des rafraîchissements car ancien . Bonne communication et procédure d arrivée- départ avec l agence interhome. Le point négatif reste le ménage qui n était pas vraiment fait, toilettes sales à l arrivée notamment .

Location sale et matériel cassé :Wc cassé, porte serviettes inutilisable et décollé du mur, armoire pour vêtements inutilisable car au même endroit que serpillières et balai et seaux de nettoyage avec odeurs nauséabondes et humidité, matériel cassé pour sécher le linge, ascenseur en panne, aucune gestion de l'agence interhome de Lacanau-Océan.

Four micro onde ancien à changer . Éclairage du four HS Lumière de la hotte qui clignote. Starter de la lumière de la cuisine trop long. Portillon d’accès à la résidence HS pendant tout notre séjour. Porte aimantée d’accès à l’immeuble fonctionne aléatoirement. Accrochage des rideaux HS.dans toutes les pièces. Interruption d’images télé ( déjà signalé les années précédentes).

Très bon accueil de la part de l'agence ,part contre très déçus de la propreté de l'appartement a se demander si le ménage avait été fait ; chose que j'ai signalé a l'agence évidement . Nous avons rendu ce logement beaucoup plus propre qu'à notre arrivée . Sinon l'appartement est très bien placé et très bien conçu nous avons passé malgré ce désagrément une bonne semaine .

Belle vue mais trop bruyant

Très bon emplacement , très belle vue sur l’ocean, en plein centre, idéal avec les enfants pour la plage, personnel très réactif et toujours souriante. Malgré cela je ne conseille pas cet appartement pas du tout isolé du bruit extérieur, toutes les nuits très courtes dû aux soirées du bar au pied de l immeuble se terminant à plus de 2 h du matin .

Points positifs: appartement très bien situé, très belle vue sur la mer, grand salon agréable, accueil agréable et efficace, parking. Points négatifs: salle de bain et cuisine très anciens, radiateurs en mauvais état extérieur, électricité à refaire.....L'appartement mériterait d'être complètement rénové. Propreté des toilettes et de la salle de bain très approximative à notre arrivée. Aspirateur obsolète à changer.

Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé, proche de tout commerce et du centre ville. Balcon avec vue sur océan. La rue à traverser et on est sur la plage, le top. Venus en vélos de Bordeaux le garage est un plus pour les entreposer en toute sécurité. La chambre donnant sur la cour intérieur est très calme.

Appart à besoin d un bon coup de rafraîchissement

Fermeture de porte fenêtre défectueuse. Et frigo ,absence de la Petite porte frezer, pas la possibilité de faire des glaçons.! Besoin d isolation phonique, on entend les gens depuis la salle de bains ,wc ,et chambre. Des jeunes gens logeaient 2jours en fin de semaine, et on fait la fete (bordel)jusqu'à 6h du matin.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui bénéficie d’une localisation au Top ! La vue magnifique sur l’océan, la toute proximité au centre névralgique de Lacanau-Océan, l’équipement de l’appartement ainsi que la surface de celui-ci, les grands balcons (un orienté Est et un Ouest) ... Tout était parfait 👍 A recommander sans hésitations

vue imprenable mais appartement à rafraichir

Très bonne localisation - belle vue sur l'océan grand balcon - accès à pied pour toutes commodités - salle de bain à rénover impérativement et surtout WC avec odeur persistante malgré plusieurs nettoyages avec javel - Meubles chambre à revoir - très belle pièce de vie - cuisine bien équipée - pas de Nespresso (comme indiqué sur l'annonce) une rénovation s'impose pour les futurs locataires de 2020 !! et là l'appartement serait au top
