This nice holiday home of 2009, presents nice benefits: Comfort, cleanliness, charm, ideal location, free parking in the street at the house
It is very well equipped with its 3 beautiful terraces and located in a very central residential area, and quiet in downtown Lacanau-Océan.
The beach, pedestrian area, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The bike paths are 100m away.
The living room: with leather sofa, 3 armchairs, TV, Internet, dining room for 8 people and American kitchen.
On the ground floor master suite: with a bedroom with a double bed 1.40m and wardrobe, a shower room and toilet.
On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed 1.40m and wardrobe and a bedroom with bunk beds 2x0.90m and cupboards, 1 closed attic room with cupboard, with bed 1.40m. A shower room and a toilet.
All around the house, you will find 1 small sitting area with lounge in the shade of a pine tree and 8 sun loungers, 2 dining areas under pergola, gas grill.
500 m from the ocean, 300 m from shops and restaurants and entertainment.
Closed shower, hot water outside which is very nice.
