In the ‘Bleu Marine’ seafront residence with swimming pool, in the south of Lacanau, with a lovely sea view from the double terrace, pleasant, large flat, approx. 45 m², on the 2nd floor, sleeps 5. Quiet, secure residence with swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September), play area, lift and laundry facilities. Direct access to the beach via a gate at the end of the residence. The kitchen area opens onto the living room, equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm). The lounge/dining room opens onto the south-west-facing double terrace, with garden furniture. Sleeping accommodation is divided between the double bedroom (140 cm bed) and the cabin bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm). Bathroom facilities include a bath, washbasin and separate WC. Private parking space in the basement. Reach the beach and surf schools 100 m away, shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and boutiques 500 m away, the golf course 3 km away or the lake approx. 6 km away (REF 02422) ANCV holiday vouchers accepted.
