In the heart of the Residence on the sea front with swimming pool "Bleu Marine", in the southern part of Lacanau, beautiful sea view from the double terrace, pleasant and large flat, 46m² approximately, on the 1st floor, for 5/6 people. Quiet, secure residence with swimming pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september), playground, lift and laundry. You have direct access to the beach through a gate located at the end of the residence. Kitchen area, open to the living room, equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm). The living/dining room opens, through a bay window, onto the double terrace, facing west/north-west, equipped with garden furniture. The sleeping arrangements are divided between the double bedroom (140cm bed) and the bedroom equipped with 2 single beds (80cm). The sanitary facilities include a shower, washbasin and separate WC. A parking space in the basement is available. The beach and surf schools are 100 m away, shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and boutiques are 500 m away, the golf course is 3 km away or the lake is about 6 km away (REF 02423).

Appartement sale à notre arrivé. Frigo pas froid / tringle à rideau bloqué / porte fenêtre grippé (et technicien est passé mais n’a rien pu faire) / odeur d’égout / vaisselle mal lavé / aucun luminaire au plafond et toute les prise utilisé pour des luminaire de « chevet » Lit double en piètre état / aspirateur bouché et inutilisable (que j’ai dû réparer) toiles d’araignée sur le balcon / volets roulants qui ne se ferme pas et laisse passer la lumière… Alors oui. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique. Mais le reste est clairement négligé.
