Detached house of 89m² on a enclosed 600m² garden, for six people, het club du huga, residence with swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September) and playground (tennis, children’s playground, boule pitch). Accommodation for 6 people. The entrance and the living room, acting as a dining room, opens by windows on a terrace and arbour west facing. The open-plan kitchen overlooks the living room. Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, there are two shower rooms and two separate toilets. For a better organization a laundry area is also accessible. You will appreciate the outdoor living space, its enclosed garden, the two terraces, each equipped with garden furniture. House equipped with Wi-Fi. Join the shops at 2km, the golf course at 1.5km, the sandy beaches and the ocean at 2.5km (Ref 03257)
