Nestled between the lake and the ocean, in the tranquillity of a preserved wooded area, at the heart of the three golf courses (Ardilouse, Méjanne, Baganais), this detached house, with its large garden and huge terrace, welcomes you beneath the pine trees, in a private residence offering high-quality amenities. You’ll enjoy secure access, a parking space next to the house and a private secure swimming pool (15 x 7m, paddling pool for kids). It’s the ideal spot for lovers of water and nautical activities (surf schools, sailing centre, paddleboarding, water skiing, fishing), sports (tennis, horse riding, cycling...), leisurely outings and exploration (Arcachon Bay, coastal paths, the Domaine de Certes, the Dune du Pyla, the Étang de Cousseau, the Leyre river). At the heart of a network of over 100km of cycle paths, cycling is the perfect way to get around with ease; shops, beaches and places to visit are just a short cycle away. Bordeaux, the magnificent capital of Aquitaine and a UNESCO world heritage site, or the Médoc and its famous vineyards, are further attractions less than an hour away. The wooden terrace, measuring approximately 80m², is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and deckchairs. It overlooks a wooded garden of approximately 600 square meters, featuring a wooden table and benches; the garden is also accessible via a wooden staircase fitted with a handrail. Wunderschön gelegen, mit traumhafter Terrasse. Ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist eher zweckmäßig aber durchaus charmant. Kleine Abstriche beim Bad (sehr klein), Insgesamt alles da, was man brauchte.

Excellent sejour !La maison est exactement comme sur les photos. Petite maison de vacances, dans la pinede, tres bien située, a cote des golfs. Au calme, a 15 mn en velo de Lacanau ocean et des plages.Il y a une grande piscine, commune, au sein de la residence, tres agreable par forte chaleur.La maison est bien equipée. Coup de coeur pour la terrasse au milieu de la verdure..Nous avons ete tres bien accueilli par le.fils de la.proprietaire.

Séjour très sympathique maison très agréable à vivre au milieu de la forêt la terrasse est un des points forts avec la visite des écureuils ! Petite suggestion comme il est interdit d’utiliser un barbecue une plancha électrique serait un plus ! La propriétaire est une dame charmante très accueillante et serviable Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Es war sehr schön

Sehr nette Vermieter . Objekt in sehr ruhiger Lage mit wunderschöner Terrasse , 10 min mit Auto zum Strand, wir habe versäumt Fahrräder mitzunehmen, kann man aber günstig mieten Nachts war es in den Schlafräumen sehr warm.

Un lieu de détente

Notre séjour dans la maison de madame Dubernet était excellent. En arrivant, un accueil chaleureux a bien fait démarrer notre séjour, tout nous a été montré. Avec la belle et grande terrasse au milieu de pins et la visite quotidienne d’écureuils, la maison offre beaucoup de possibilités pour se reposer ou de se rafraîchir dans la piscine. Les deux chambres à l’étage sont charmantes, ainsi que le salon et la petite cuisine au rez-de-chaussée. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. C’est avec plaisir que nous recommandons cette maison. Merci pour tout!

Nettes kleines Haus mit schöner Terrasse

Ein gemütliches kleines Haus mit allem was man braucht, die Terrasse ist riesig-wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Meer und zum See ist es eine kurze Strecke. Die Fahrradwege sind super. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist meistens leer und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir würden das Haus auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.
