Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers an ideal setting for relaxing holidays, while allowing easy access to the southern beaches, located less than a kilometre away. The enclosed garden is a real asset for fully enjoying the outdoors in complete tranquillity.



The beach of the Ocean is located approximately 700 metres away, shops are 600 metres away, and Lake Lacanau is 6 km away.



The villa consists of a vast living area with a dining area equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a lounge space furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and television. The open kitchen is fully equipped with sink, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. A pantry completes this space and offers additional storage.



The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a double bed in 140 cm and a wardrobe. An adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet.



Upstairs, a second bedroom is fitted out with a double bed in 160 cm composed of two 80 cm mattresses and a wardrobe. An independent bathroom, also equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet, serves this floor. The third bedroom offers a double bed in 160 cm and a wardrobe.



Outside, a landscaped terrace with garden furniture allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days and the peaceful environment.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option, upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
