Alle Betten nur sehr schwer zu erklimmen. Nicht fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen geeignet, da diese nicht ins Bett gelangen wegen sehr steiler Treppen dorthin. Zudem gibt es keine richtigen Schafzimmer, alle Betten befinden sich in einem offenen Raum und sind sehr hoch (in ĂŒber 2 Meter Höhe) angeordnet. HaustĂŒre war nicht abschliessbar.

cocon sympa, claustrophobe s'abstenir

RĂ©servation pour 5 jours ( 2 beaux, 2 pluie), Ă  deux impeccable. Bonne literie, douche chaude et puissante. A plus, pas de problĂšme pour le couchage si on aime ĂȘtre en boĂźte (couchages trop prĂ©s du plafond). Le logement est optimisĂ©, mis Ă  part la tĂ©lĂš et un grille pain, il ne manque rien de rien. Il y a mĂȘme une machine Ă  laver le linge. La terrasse est sympa mĂȘme pas temps de pluie car avec l'avant toit on ne se mouille pas. Autre petit bĂ©mol, la place de stationnement 159 est introuvable, mais hors saison, nous avons pu nous garer. On recommande cette location peu cher.

Résidence trÚs calme, belle terrasse mais les couchages en mezzanine ne sont pas trÚs accessibles et celui au dessus de la kitchenette trop bas de plafond, ventilo à prévoir.

Séjour d'une semaine de location dans un cadre certes agréable mais l'état des lieux de l'appartement en arrivant était trÚs sale et en particulier les sanitaires et la literie à renouveler...La location dépend malheureusement uniquement de l'entretien des locataires sans contrÎle prévu et donc envisager mauvaise surprise, sans solution proposée ...

Agréable séjour à Lacanau-Océan

Location conforme aux photos, mĂ©nage correct (globalement propre, mais les quelques saletĂ©s sont indĂ©pendantes de l’hĂŽte, comme le mĂ©nage doit ĂȘtre fait par les locataires), couchages en hauteur avec Ă©chelle pour 3 sur 4. Ne conviens pas aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite mais est trĂšs agrĂ©able et fonctionnel pour un court sĂ©jour afin de visiter les environs. La location est idĂ©alement situĂ©e et la place de parking est toujours apprĂ©ciable (ainsi que le wifi). L’hĂŽte est facilement joignable et trĂšs sympathique. Ce sĂ©jour fut un succĂšs !

La propriété se situe dans un cadre agréable constitué d'une pinÚde, trÚs calme; pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite à cause de l'accÚs aux couchages. Tout le nécessaire est dans l'appartement dans le cadre d'un court séjour de vacances. Le nombre de couchage est surfait par rapport à la taille du logement.

Calme et à cÎté de la mer!

La maison est bien placé, dans un environnement calme. L'accÚs aux plages et à la ville se fait trÚs bien en vélo (10min). La maison en soit est petite, faite pour vivre à l'extérieur. Tout a été rénové. Les mezzanines sont assez hautes et ont une faible hauteur de plafond. J'ai pas pu y dormir, mais ma fille de 3 ans a bien aimé l'esprit cabane perché. La literie est neuve et on y dors trÚs bien. Un canapé lit est aussi disponible. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont assez bien fournis pour un petit séjour à quelques personnes. C'est un excellent séjour pour un prix trÚs raisonnable pour les prestations fournis. Je recommande.

Déçue

Étant 2 personnes amies, avec problĂšme de dos. Un seul lit BZ accessible en salle. Les autres lits accessibles que par des Ă©chelles une sans rambarde trĂšs dangereuse. L'autre Ă©chelle inaccessible car trop verticale et meuble gĂȘnant pour la montĂ©e. Sur ces mezzanines une hauteur de plafond de 70cm. Enfin pour dire des cages Ă  lapins.... j'ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e de monter sur une chaise pour rejoindre mon couchage... aucunes chambres sĂ©parĂ©es. Autrement le lieu et la terrasse sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Mais pas fait pour des personnes d'un certain Ăąge.
