Located on the second floor of a recent, high-end residence, of human scale and particularly calm, it is appealing for the quality of its facilities and its exceptional location in the heart of the resort. The residence is equipped with a lift and has private parking, a welcome comfort during the high season.



The apartment benefits from beautiful brightness thanks to its two terraces, perfect for enjoying the oceanic climate throughout the day. The living space consists of a warm living room with a sofa, armchairs and television, open to a friendly dining area. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, allows you to stay independently and easily prepare meals after a day at the beach or surfing in Lacanau Océan.



The night area has been designed to comfortably accommodate a family. A parental suite has a double bed in 160 cm and its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Man kann sowohl den Strand als auch alle Geschäfte fußläufig erreichen. Lediglich nachts kann es durch die zentrale Lage etwas laut werden, vor allem in den Zimmern zur Straßenseite. Wenn man mit 2 Autos anreist, sollte man wissen, dass nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht und es in der Umgebung leider kaum kostenlose Parkplätze gibt.
