Sympa mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est

J'ai attendu quelques jours pour voir si l'Agence me contacterais par correction après le check out, rien... Alors avis très mitigé. La résidence est très bien située entre Lacanau ocean et le lac ( mais la voiture est nécessaire) très calme et bien fréquentée. La piscine est vraiment chouette, en plein soleil, assez grande avec des zones de détentes. Le personnel contrôle régulièrement le port des bracelets attestant du droit à profiter des installations Il manque Cependant des parasols, c'est un peu la bataille pour en avoir. La maisonnette en elle même est correcte, pour 6 pas plus car ce n'est pas grand. Une grande sdb au rdc avec machine a laver + une sde à l étage c'est appréciable. La literie est plutôt ferme, mais confortable. La Chambre au rdc, avec les lits superposés, n'en est pas une, elle doit faire 6m2 a tout casser, mais ça dépanne et ça fait une zone couchage supplémentaire. La cuisine en revanche est ridiculement petite, mal agencée, mal équipée. Un petit réfrigérateur avec freezer, même pas congélateur, pas de four mais un pauvre micro onde, niveau vaisselle ça passe encore mais c'est sommaire. Par contre heureusement, il y a un lave vaisselle. A l'extérieur petite terrasse au calme, avec un parasol beaucoup trop petit pour ombrager tous les convives à la table. Par contre la propreté, CATASTROPHE ! Des moutons et du sable sous les lits, des tâches de dentifrices dans le lavabo, les toilettes qui sentaient l'air d autoroute un samedi du mois d'août, des traces de chaussures dans la douche, du sable... Le ménage n'avait pas été fait ! Et pour le ménage de départ il faudrait nettoyer les vitres ! Je n'ai jamais vu ça... Je l'ai signalé à la jeune fille lors du check out, en montrant les photos que j'avais prises, elle était confuse et devait en informer ses responsables, mais personne n'a jugé bon de nous recontacter, par correction. Donc a plus de 1600€ la semaine c'est bien trop cher pour ce que c'est. Nous avions loué 1900€ 14 jours en Italie au bord du lac de Garde, un grand appartement avec climatisation, parfaitement équipé, piscine a débordement... Alors c'est la France, c'est plus cher, mais quand même, le prix ne correspond pas à la qualité de la prestation.
