Located near the Lacanau tennis club, this small house is nestled in a Mediterranean-style village, recognizable by its overhanging roofs designed to provide shade to terraces. The small terraced houses, with irregular heights and slightly offset, have been designed to preserve everyone's privacy. A pedestrian path pleasantly traverses the residence, which has a parking area at its entrance. The ocean and shops are about 1.5 kilometres away, while Lacanau Lake is accessible 5 kilometres away.



The small house offers a simple and functional interior, ideal for a practical stay in Lacanau Océan. The living area is fitted with a dining space, a television and a convertible bench composed of two pull-out beds, allowing for space optimisation. The kitchen area, open to the living space, is equipped to prepare meals independently, with electric hobs, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator and storage.



The sleeping area, located on a slightly raised space of a few steps, has a double bed and storage cupboards, offering a pleasant separation from the main room. Lage Schön, Haus entspricht nicht der Anzeige

2 Schlafzimmer entpuppten sich als ein grosser Raum, keine Couch / Sitzgelegenheit. Alles aus den 70ern inklusive stinkendem Besteck und fehlender isolierung, somit nachts 30 Grad im Haus. Alles drumherum schön.
