Maison le Putter: Small semi-detached house, nestled in a sunny village in the heart of a clearing, just a stone's throw from the Lacanau golf course. This rental is ideal for a family or friends' stay, in a calm and verdant environment. The residence offers a central swimming pool with a small pool for children, open from 15 June to 15 September, and a private parking area to facilitate your arrival and movements.



The stay is friendly and bright, with a dining area and a relaxation corner equipped with a sofa and a television. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a sink, electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils, to prepare your meals with complete ease.



The house has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a hallway with a large wardrobe, offering practical storage space. Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates two single beds (90 cm) and a chest of drawers, ideal for children or teenagers. The bathroom is functional with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine.



The terrace located in front of the living room allows enjoying meals outdoors and peaceful evenings. In terms of location, the ocean is 2.5 km away, the lake is 3 km away, and shops are 2.5 km away, offering easy access to beaches, water activities, and resort services.

Schönes kleines Haus mit allem was man braucht

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig. Für Fahrradtouren ideal geeignet. Das Meer ist ideal erreichbar. Der Pool ist wunderbar und sehr sauber! Das Haus beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Immer wieder gern!

Séjour agréable, très peu de bruit en raison du peu de locations alentours à cette époque. Moustiquaires seraient utiles. Proximité pistes cyclables, tout à vélo possible en sécurité 👍

Location idéale pour vacances à l'océan !

La propriété est très calme, située à environ 2 kms des plages dans une magnifique pinède. Environ 10 minutes de vélo ou 30 minutes à pieds. Le logement est fonctionnel, sans vis-à-vis. Un petit bémol sur l'état de propreté du logement à l'arrivée... Nous l'avons rendu bien plus propre que nous ne l'avons trouvé !

Bon séjour

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, l’appartement est propre mais réduit à l’essentiel. Le jardin n’est pas clos est donné sur un chemin sur lequel les autres habitants passent et une lumière à l’extérieur manque cruellement pour pouvoir profiter des soirées (discussions, jeux de société…) après 22h. Ayant eu d’autres locations à Lacanau du même type, le prix est un peu élevé compte tenu des prestations. L’environnement en revanche est agréable, donne sur le golf, calme, la piscine est un plus même si elle est réduite à sa plus simple expression.

Maison très agréable

Petite maison très agréable, cosy et fonctionnelle avec une vue magnifique sur la pinède et le golf dans une résidence calme. Elle est très proche de la piste cyclable qui permet d’accéder facilement aux commerces à vélo. Très bien pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants. Nous reviendrons !!
