Séjour 5 étoiles promis mais non réalisé

La maison est globalement correcte et pourrait offrir une belle expérience, mais elle ne correspond clairement pas au niveau des prestations attendues pour le prix. Plusieurs points posent problème : le ménage était insuffisant (nous avons malheureusement trouvé des blattes à l’intérieur dans différentes pièces et des chambres ), l’extérieur manque d’entretien, et certains équipements ne fonctionnaient pas, comme la climatisation ou une fenêtre bloquée dans une des chambres. C’est vraiment dommage, car le lieu a du potentiel, mais le manque d’entretien général nuit à l’ensemble du séjour.
