Pedestrian residence with pool (2 pools, open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september) "Les Cigalines" located south of Lacanau (Pipeyrous area), close to the pine forest, golf courses and tennis courts. Access to the beach is easy with the bike path or pedestrian trails. This semi detached house, approximately 35m² of recent construction for 4 people, includes a main room serving as a living/dining room, opening by bay window on the terrace and fenced garden. This room is equipped with a kitchen area. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with bunks bed and the mezzanine with a double bed (140cm), it opens to the living room. Shower room with a shower, sink and independent toilet. There is a numbered private car park at the entrance of the residence. Join the beach, shops, restaurants and glaciers at 1.5 km, golf at 1 km or Lake Lacanau at 4km (REF 01384M)
