Studio Pioka: Located in the Oceanide residence, consisting of three arc-shaped buildings facing the ocean, this lovely fully equipped and tastefully decorated studio benefits from an exceptional location in Lacanau Océan. Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the rear of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.



The studio offers a bright and carefully designed living space, including a high table with high chairs, a chest of drawers, a television, a bench serving as a sofa and a 160 cm fold-down bed, allowing optimisation of space while ensuring excellent sleeping comfort. The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is very well equipped with a sink, induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave/oven combination, a washer/dryer as well as storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.



The bathroom features a shower, a washbasin and WC. The balcony, fitted with garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol, offers a superb view of the ocean, ideal for fully enjoying the marine environment throughout the day. A private parking space completes this property.

Comme chaque année depuis quatre ans, nous avons choisi cette résidence, et une fois encore nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout et parfait pour profiter pleinement de Lacanau. Le studio était propre, et surtout très fonctionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. La déco est très agréable et l'appartement est bien équipé, de plus l'emplacement est nickel car vraiment proche de tout !! Je ne vois pas grand chose à améliorer, j'ai toujours apprécié l'équipe chez Bru et fils depuis que je loue par leur biais (une dizaine d'années au moins...).

Bravo à la jeune équipe engagée de l'agence ! Tout le monde est incroyablement dévoué et amical. Vous serez accompagné jusqu'à l'appartement. Au départ, une très bonne dame germanophone est venue, les deux remises ont été très professionnelles et parfaites ! Das Appartement liegt wirklich mit hervorragendem Blick und Zugang zum Strand, zum Glück etwas weiter weg von der 'Partymeile', daher auch abends ruhig. Vom Balkon aus kann man wunderbar Sonnenauf- und -untergänge über dem Wasser erleben. Ausstattung der Küche, inklusive Waschmaschine ist sehr gut. Man kann bestens kleine Gerichte kochen. Alles funktioniert. Einrichtung ist modern (Ikea) und bequem. Anlage ist in gepflegtem Zustand. Fußläufig gegenüber auf der Rückseite der Anlage gibt es einen gut ausgestatteten Carrefour-Supermarkt und eine exzellente Patisserie. Fischhändler ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben das Auto 14 Tage nicht bewegt. Also bestens zu empfehlen.

Joli appartement très agréable, calme, fonctionnel. Vue "magique". Habituée à venir en vacances sur Lacanau depuis 10 ans, je note cet appartement en première place. Proche du centre ville sans les inconvénients. J'ai également apprécié que l'agence m'accompagne sur les lieux à mon arrivée.
