The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, cooking plates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.



The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and toilets. The balcony, fitted with garden furniture and a parasol, offers an unobstructed view of the ocean, ideal for fully enjoying the marine environment throughout the day. A private parking space is included.
