The enclosed garden with a view of the marina offers a particularly pleasant setting for stays with children. It overlooks playgrounds (for children and pétanque). The nearby cycle paths allow you to tour the lake or reach the ocean safely.



The interior of the house is organised around a bright living room, open to a covered terrace. The lounge area is fitted with a sofa, armchairs and television, whilst the dining area has a table and chairs.



The open, functional and well-equipped kitchen includes a sink, induction hobs (2 burners), an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, storage cupboards as well as the crockery and kitchen utensils necessary for a fully autonomous stay.



The night space consists of three rooms, one equipped with a 160 cm bed with a wardrobe, one equipped with a 140 cm bed with a cupboard, and the last offering bunk beds 80 cm.



The bathroom has a washbasin and a shower, and the toilet is separate.



Outside, the enclosed garden of approximately 310 m², equipped with a covered terrace with garden furniture, allows you to fully enjoy meals and moments of relaxation in the open air, in a secure and family-friendly setting.
