Villa Surfside by Agence Bru - 2103

Villa Surfside: Independent single-storey property with a modern style, located on the north side of Lacanau Océan, on a closed plot of 950 m². Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to six adults and a child and offers free Wi-Fi access. Its calm environment and large outdoor area make it an ideal place for family or friends' holidays.



The Ocean beach is located approximately 800 metres away, shops are 1 km away and Lake Lacanau is 5 km away.



The villa offers a very bright through lounge, equipped with sliding aluminium bay windows with vertical slatted curtains. The living area is furnished with two sofas and a television, while the dining area has a table, chairs and a sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, induction hobs, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. A utility room completes the set and includes a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven.



The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also offers a double bed in 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double bed in 140 x 200 cm, a mezzanine bed in 90 cm as well as a wardrobe, allowing for an additional child to be accommodated.



The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A second independent WC is also available.



Outside, several terraces, including one covered along the entire length of the main facade, are fitted with garden furniture, a barbecue and a large parasol, offering vast spaces for meals and outdoor relaxation. An attached car shelter allows convenient parking.



For families, a baby bed and a high chair are provided.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option, upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Nous apprécions toujours autant cette agréable villa dans les pins. Tranquillité et nature. Je crois l'avoir déjà noté il y a 2 ans : le 2eme WC séparé est une vrai bonne amélioration ! La plancha en remplacement du petit barbecue est très très bien. La petite table sur la terrasse arrière nous à manquée ! C'est un endroit agréable en fin de journée au soleil et à l'abris du vent quand la température est plus fraiche. La salle de bain manque un peu d'accessoires pour accrocher/suspendre les serviettes de toilettes pour 6 !

Villa Surf 14

Nous sommes toujours ravis de retrouver la Villa Surf 14 pour nos vacances et apprécions grandement les améliorations apportées chaque années, en particulier les literies neuves, la nouvelle plaque de cuisson et le nouveau réfrigérateur, le wifi, le 2eme WC )… Nous aimons le calme et la tranquillité de l'emplacement, l'absence de vis-à-vis, l'espace et la végétation, tout en restant proche de tout en vélo ou à pieds. Merci également pour le cadeau d'accueil. A l'année prochaine très certainement ! Les oreillers !

bon emplacement, très calme, terrasse couverte à l’abris de la chaleur et de la pluie. manque le wifi qui est indispensable à ce niveau de prestation. cuisine un peu petite.

une maison bonne et tres tranquille

la tranquilite, le jardin naturel, les meubles en general le service de linge. En beaucoup de pais le service de linge est inclu. Les couvertures etaient trop lourdes pour l'ete.
