Located in a quiet residential area on the north side of Lacanau Océan, this single-storey villa enjoys an ideal location for car-free holidays. The Atlantic Ocean and shops are just 500 metres away, while Lacanau Lake is accessible about 5 km away. The house has a WIFI connection, which is appreciated for family or friends' stays.



The entrance opens onto a veranda converted into a garden lounge, offering a pleasant space to relax at any time of the day. The living room, warm and functional, is equipped with a sideboard, a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a television, creating a friendly place to meet after a day at the beach.



The independent kitchen, well-equipped, includes electric hobs, a refrigerator, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a table and chairs, numerous storage cupboards as well as the crockery and utensils necessary for a fully autonomous stay. An adjoining pantry is equipped with a washing machine.



The night space consists of four bedrooms, comfortably accommodating families and groups. Two bedrooms each have a double bed of 140 cm with bedside tables and storage, a third bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 cm with a wardrobe, and the fourth bedroom offers a double bed of 160 cm.



The villa offers a complete bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and bidet, as well as a washroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The toilets are also independent, providing additional comfort for stays with multiple people.



Outside, the south-facing terrace, fitted with a garden lounge, allows you to fully enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. The enclosed garden is ideal for moments of relaxation in complete tranquillity. A dedicated bicycle storage room is also available, perfect for exploring Lacanau Océan and its cycle paths. A travel cot is provided for the youngest guests.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.
