Les Gîtes du Villajou - Gîte Marinette

This cottage is the second to have been renovated in this farmhouse, it occupies the central part of the main building.
The work, from the first blow of the sledgehammer to the last turn of the screwdriver, spanned approximately 2 years.
It must be said that at the same time there was the preparation of the future adjoining gîte to be done, moreover, a very large part was carried out independently.
The maximum amount of authenticity and features of this part of the building have been preserved, such as:
the large fireplace (called a "cantou") with insert, the niches in the walls, exposed beams, the stone sink, etc … Then the recipe of the first gîte was kept, namely mixing the modern and the old in order to highlight the rusticity of this place.
To satisfy your curiosity, you have at your disposal in the cottage a photo book retracing the renovation work as well as a welcome booklet.

⚠️ Accessibility (PMR): The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility . The interior has steps (bedroom and bathroom).
🔌 Electric Vehicle: Charging is strictly prohibited on site (incompatible sockets / safety risk). Please use the public charging stations available nearby (use an app like Chargefinder or Chargemap).

This farm stay offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
