You cannot find more stunning panoramic lake and mountain views than this home away from home located in Laconia, NH. Located in a prime location for families and friends who love to swim, boat, fish, snowmobile, ski or any of the experiences the Lakes Region has to offer. Our home is conveniently located only a 6-minute walk to the famous Weirs Beach with multiple restaurant and entertainment options!

Pier III Condominiums is the ideal location to spend your vacation whether that includes relaxing on your private balcony or take advantages of all the amenities the Lakes Region provides. The nautical artwork and decorations throughout this condo will transport you to living on lake time. The sliding glass doors of open concept kitchen and living room open to your own private balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating overlooking beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Watch the amazing Weir's Beach fireworks display from your balcony on Saturday nights in July.

The living room includes a large sectional sofa and arm chair providing plenty of room for the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, silverware, pans and glassware for your use during your stay.

This condo unit can sleep 6 people maximum. The master bedroom has a king bed, bureau for all your beach clothing and a large tv. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated with 2 full size beds as well as its own Roku tv to stream your favorite shows. The bathroom has a full tub and towels for everyone.

Towels, beach towels, linens and toiletries are included.

Free parking for 1 vehicle is included. 1 additional parking spot base on availability. Parking spots are not designated. Nearby commercial parking lot may be available for additional vehicles.

**No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets, no parties, no marina access. Marina level is for owner use only per condo and insurance regulations. Renters are not allowed to enter the marina.

We have a security camera at the front door towards the parking lot and one on the balcony facing the lake. They will be on during your stay.

Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am. Door code will be provided on the day of check in.

Best Location in all of laconia

We came up for 5 nights and walked to everything! The view from the balcony was amazing the place was more than comfortable and the extras in the condo were all put to use would love love to stay again Teri and Adam were wonderful hosts!

Great weekend trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakeside condo! We are lake people through and through and the location and view from the balcony was incredible. The space was clean and kid friendly, I especially appreciated the lower height of the beds in the guest room and so did my daughter. Communication with Terri was great especially with the storm and knowing where to park for snow removal. We had a great stay and would definitely love to go back for the warmer weather months.

A vacation in paradise

We rented this beautiful condo for a 4 night vacation and it was an absolutely spectacular stay. The place was amazing, so bright and clean. We were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket full of goodies and a bottle of wine! The view from the balcony overlooking the channel was incredible with boats going by that you could sit there all day waiving to the boaters. Our host Terri was wonderful, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before, during and after our stay. We rate this condo a 10+++++ and look forward to future rentals there. You will not be disappointed. Thank you host Terri for a wonderful vacation.
