The pool room's huge windows treat you to beautiful mountain views.
A pub with built in bar, large TV and Indoor grill for those chilly nights adjoins the pool area. Picturesque views of the mountain ranges and partial view of Lake Winnipesaukee will take your breath away.
Rolling lawns, gardens and a private pond (not for boating/swimming) with beautiful sunset views accent the sprawling 37 acres land with 7000+/- square foot tastefully built one of a kind Home. It is centrally located in NH within couple hours of ride from Boston or an hour from Southern NH. Loved this house for our family of 15. 8 adults, 7 grandchildren ages 3-15. What a great home. The indoor swimming pool is just plain perfect. Well supplied with all needs for swimming. This is where we spent most of our time. Can’t say enough. There is a kitchen on same floor and bar area which we did not use, but it’s a perfect set up. The view in the main living room is just beautiful. The mountains and lake was taken in every morning with a cup of coffee. Can’t get much better! All of the beds were comfortable and love having KING beds as a choice. The 4 twin bed set up downstairs is so much nicer than bunk beds which were perfect for our granddaughters. Gunstock took 8 minutes to get to. Easy drive!You won’t be disappointed with this choice! It would b great to enjoy in summer/fall also. Plenty of trails around. Host easy to access and very responsive with questions. Highly recommend this great home!!

We had stayed here before so had a good idea what to expectPool temperature was a little colder than we would have preferred.stairway downstairs is very dark and motion lights did not work. There was not enough silverware to support our group - we made this same comment last yearThe pool area microwave, oven and freezer did not work. It is difficult to cook for a large group without two ovens

Best House for Family Ski Vacation in NH

Massive 7,000 sq ft. super cool house close to Gunstock that felt like we rented an entire commercial lodge. Bedrooms and baths for everyone, large indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna, bar area, game room, and huge fireplaced dining room with seating for 20! Kids were ecstatic and we had the best time. Winter getaway

Stayed for long weekend with family! Plenty of room for all! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Very close to skiing great for seasoned skiers as well as new beginners. Must remember to book lesson ahead of time and also ski rentals.

Family reunion/ski weekend

This home was a perfect setup for our family reunion ski weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight of our nights! Having 2 kitchens was great. We did have some ants come visit us in the pool kitchen everyday of our stay but it didn’t interfere with our fun. Highly recommend a stay at this property!

My siblings, our children and their families spent 5 days at this wonderful home. The house and the grounds are amazing. The pool was a huge hit, the kids spending most of their time there. The owners were responsive and pleasant to speak with. We would definitely rent there again.
