LARGE LUXURY VILLA AND CHARM SALAGOU LAKE
Come and enjoy our villa of 90 m2, renovated, and especially the charm of its 800 m2 of garden.
It is ideally located in the municipality of Lacoste, quiet village, near Lake Salagou (10 minutes drive) via Clermont l'Herault.

With a capacity of 6 people, it will delight you with its functionality including:
- fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven ...),
- its living-dining room (sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player ...),
- air conditioning
- its 3 beautiful rooms entirely done again for nine (equipped with bed-double in 140cm and cupboards),
- its shower room and separate wc redone also nine.
You will also appreciate its terrace and large wooded and shaded garden (with barbecue, garden furniture or chairs ...) that can benefit the whole family. Your pets are also welcome (package 3 € / day / animal)
Several parking spaces are possible in the garden path or garage (where the washing machine is located)
