This holiday villa, nestled near the captivating villages of Bonnieux and Ménerbes in Lacoste, provides a serene retreat surrounded by the countryside, only 1.5 km from the village centre with its shops and restaurants.



The villa offers an entirely ground-floor layout. The living space comprises a combined kitchen, dining, and living area. French windows open onto the terrace.



Outdoor amenities consist of an enclosed, verdant garden featuring olive trees, lime trees, plum trees, and fig trees. A spacious, shaded terrace equipped with a barbecue offers direct access to the kitchen/dining area. The villa includes a private enclosed swimming pool (10m x 5m) secured by a fence, with a maximum depth of 1.70 m.



The property is located in the countryside, about 1.5 km from the centre of the village, where you will find local shops: bakery, bar-restaurant. You will be close to the villages of Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Gordes, Roussillon and not too far to visit the villages of the Pays des Sorgues crossed by the La Sorgue river: Fontaine de Vaucluse, Isle sur la Sorgue.
