I would have to say this was one of the most enjoyable stays I have experienced. The house was outstanding and the golf was great. But the best part was the interaction with the owner, Donna. She made us feel as though we lived in the neighborhood and told us what're the best restaurants and things to do. We are definitely going to try and book this house the next time we come to the villages!

Our very first stay in the Villages was perfect, and we had the perfect host. Donna provided recommendations for everything.Upon our arrival, we immediately were welcomed with our choice of a bottle of wine. Donna's home was inviting and accommodated all our needs. We loved the location, and thanks to Donna's information packet, everything from check-in to check-out went without a hitch. Our host was so nice and accommodating and also very interesting.. accommodations were clean and well taken care of. The house was well supplied with small things that saved us from buying them…..spices ,coffee, zip lock bags,etc. (so many things) Was close to a pool and easy to get around.

Beautiful house in a great location

The house is very comfortable and clean. Excellent location within walking distance to the Tierra del Sol rec center and adult pool and easy golf cart ride to Spanish Springs. There is beutiful art all around the house painted by Donna! Donna was wonderful! She greeted us when we arrrived and showed us around the house. She has a very detailed, helpful write up with information about places to visit and restaurants to try. The neighborhood is in a great location and the neighbors are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house, fun in the villages

Easy checkin, great communication from owner, clean, very spacious and wonderful to have a golf cart and a garage for our vehicle ! The location is about a 5 min walk to the pool/tennis courts and rec centre and restaurant. Quiet neighborhood !

Donna deserves 10 out of 5 stars for this property. The home is clean, spacious and beautiful. Perfect location as well. Donna and Neal were incredibly attentive to our needs. If there was something to be fixed or picked up they had it for us that day or the next. I can’t possibly say enough positive things about the property or host/hosts. Clean, modern home with great amount of space under AC. Plenty of common area and great closet space. Only issue was sugar ants appearing in kitchen but owner sent exterminator within 48 hours.

Lovely Home
