On the outskirts of Langenfeld, you will find this beautiful two-bedroom flat for a small family or a group of four people. The flat is located near the Utztal Arena and offers a furnished terrace where you can relax with a cool drink until it's time for lessons.

Langenfeld is particularly popular thanks to its thermal spa, the Aqua Dome. Shops, restaurants and the ski bus stop are close to the flat. In winter, a free ski bus takes you to the Utztal Arena, Sölden and Tz ski resorts, where you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding. You can head to the town centre 0.5 km away and enjoy wandering the streets in the evening.

The ground floor flat has a spacious living and dining room with a cosy atmosphere. Central heating is provided for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the private terrace and have meals outdoors. The open-plan kitchen has a coffee machine and an oven for preparing quick snacks at any time. Prachtige, ruime woning in het centrum van het Ötztal.Jammer dat in de Nederlandse beschrijving een derde slaapkamer vermeld stond, die er niet was.Terplekke zeer naar tevredenheid opgelost door de gastgever.
