If we could’ve changed hotels we would’ve! First of all, the hotel insurance does nothing! Don’t waste your money.
When we arrived around 7pm we stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes and no clerk to be seen. I finally called the hotel line and finally someone showed up. Check in went smooth.
Got to our one king bed room and it was small. The bathroom was really tiny. Just enough to stand in front of the toilet. Went to take a shower and had no water pressure. The bath faucet was coming apart from the wall and the door knob on the door was also loose.
If you are looking for a quiet resting place, this place is not quiet unless no one is in the hall or rooms next to you. There are inch gaps under the doors, and we were serenaded by the group staying in the next room.
Now I realize being in the south you have humidity, but the choice of flooring was terrible. It was wet and sticky from the humidity. I wore my socks around and realized just how dirty the floors were.
Looking out the window I witnessed a drug deal go down in the back parking lot (at 9am) so if you have to stay and have kids, be sure to not let them out of your site!
