Nice hotel, room was comfortable and felt safe. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly. All the rooms appliances worked well, the only "eh" for me was the low water pressure in the shower, but not low enough to be an issue

One night stay

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean. Breakfast okay with reasonable choice. Handy for night stop en route between New Orleans and Texas. Negatives were that pool was full of algae so couldn’t use it and door to fitness centre was broken so this wasn’t accessible.

We will not be back!!!! There was a roach running around on the cabinet top!! there was a big area of water in the air condition area and in front of the refrigerator! The bathtub was stained!! The toilet did not flush well!! There were pin holes in the shade!! The other Best Westerns we go to (and there are several - we are a platinum member!) have complimentary bags in the closet for dirty clothes, etc.! The is absolutely the worst Best Western we have stayed in!!!

Had stayed here a couple years before and not bad. This time, the room was downright grimy, the beds were terrible, and they seemed to be having a competition for riots in the hallway for hours on end with no intervention by management. Definitely will never stay here again.
